How a round works

The bird moves forward continuously. Each flap raises its position briefly, while gravity brings it back down. A round ends when the bird touches a pipe or the ground. Every successfully cleared pipe adds to the score.

Controls

Scoring and practice

There is no timer to manage; your score comes from surviving and clearing more pipes. Practice looking at the next opening rather than reacting only to the current pipe. Small corrections are usually easier to control than repeated large flaps.

Playing offline

Tappy Bird is delivered as a Progressive Web App. After the app has loaded its resources, the browser can keep the game available during a later offline session. Your high score is stored in browser storage on the device you use.
